Refund Policy

Short version: No refunds after the free trial period ends. You get a 30-day free trial. After that, if you subscribe to a paid plan, there are no refunds for any reason. However, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again.

1. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe after the trial ends.

2. No Refunds After Free Trial

Once your 30-day free trial ends and you subscribe to a paid plan, no refunds are offered for any reason, regardless of the duration of your subscription. If you are unsatisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time (see section 4).

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, the same no-refund policy applies after the free trial ends. Once you subscribe to an annual plan, no refunds are offered. You may cancel anytime and your subscription will end at the conclusion of the paid period.

5. Failed Charges

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times. If all retries fail, your account will be paused — not deleted — and your data preserved for 30 days, giving you time to update your payment method.
