PraxisPulse is a business analytics tool, not a clinical or medical application. We process business and operational data about your clinic. We do not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or prescription recommendations.
1. Who We Are
PraxisPulse ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Aarka Ventures, a micro-enterprise registered with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-CH-01-0036183). Aarka Ventures operates the website www.praxispulse.in and the PraxisPulse SaaS platform. We are a data fiduciary as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Name, email address, specialty, city — collected during waitlist signup and onboarding
- Clinic name, size, and operational details — provided during account setup
- Billing and payment information — processed via secure third-party payment gateways
2.2 Clinic data you upload
- CSV exports from your clinic management software (KiVi, Allenger, Practo Ray, DocPulse, Excel, etc.)
- This data may include patient appointment records, revenue data, and operational KPIs
- We process this data solely to generate business analytics and insights for your clinic. We do not access individual patient health records beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
2.3 Usage data
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Feature usage analytics to improve the product
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the PraxisPulse platform
- To generate business intelligence dashboards and AI-powered insights for your clinic
- To send onboarding communications, product updates, and support messages
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We never sell, rent, or share your clinic data or patient data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your uploaded patient data to train AI/ML models without your explicit written consent.
4. DPDP Act, 2023 — Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to access — request a summary of personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Right to grievance redressal — raise concerns with our Data Protection Officer
- Right to nominate — nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf in case of incapacity
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@praxispulse.in with the subject line "DPDP Data Request". We will respond within 72 hours.

5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on servers located within India or in compliant cloud infrastructure
- Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Access to clinic data is role-restricted and logged
- We undergo periodic security reviews
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently purged. Uploaded CSV data is retained only while needed to power your dashboard and is purged upon account deletion or on written request.
7. Third-Party Services
We use select third-party services to operate the platform. These include payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
9. Children's Privacy
PraxisPulse is a business tool intended for use by healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.

For privacy concerns, DPDP requests, or complaints:
