PraxisPulse is a business intelligence and operational analytics platform built for independent clinic owners in India. It helps clinic doctors understand their practice's financial health, patient flow trends, and operational efficiency.
PraxisPulse does not:
All outputs from PraxisPulse — including AI predictions, analytics, and patient segmentation — are derived from operational and financial data (appointments, revenue, visit frequency). They reflect business patterns only. They must not be interpreted as clinical assessments.
Clinic doctors using PraxisPulse must exercise independent clinical judgment. PraxisPulse insights — such as patient churn risk or no-show predictions — are operational indicators to guide practice management, not patient care decisions. Never use PraxisPulse output to decide on a patient's diagnosis, medication, referral, or treatment plan.
PraxisPulse analytics are only as accurate as the data uploaded by the clinic. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of uploaded data. We are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of inaccurate input data.
PraxisPulse's WhatsApp automation features send appointment reminders, recall messages, and practice communications on behalf of your clinic. These are administrative communications only. They are not treatment instructions, clinical follow-up advice, or medical guidance of any kind.
Patient data uploaded to PraxisPulse is used exclusively to generate operational analytics for your clinic. It is not shared with third parties, used to train AI models, or processed for any purpose beyond delivering the Service. Data handling is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
PraxisPulse is not registered as a medical device under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, or under any other Indian or international medical regulatory framework. It is a software-as-a-service business analytics product.
