You can delete your PraxisPulse account and all associated data at any time — yourself, from inside the app, or by writing to us. No phone calls, no retention team, no questions asked.
Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app
- Log in at app.praxispulse.in
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is deactivated immediately.
- A 7-day grace period follows, during which you can log back in to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, deletion becomes permanent.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email support@praxispulse.in from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete my data". We will acknowledge within 72 hours and complete the deletion following the same 7-day grace period.
What gets deleted
- Your account, login credentials and clinic profile
- All patient records, appointments, invoices and documents you uploaded or created
- All files you uploaded (CSV exports, documents, images)
- Any data obtained through connected third-party services (for example, Google sign-in or Meta/WhatsApp business connections), and our access to those services
Timelines and residual data
- Account deactivation: immediate
- Permanent deletion of identifiable data: after the 7-day grace period
- Residual copies in encrypted backups: purged within 90 days, per our Privacy Policy
- Fully anonymised, aggregated statistics (which contain no personal data and cannot be linked back to you or your patients) may be retained for benchmarking
Third-party sign-ins and connections
If you signed in with Google, or connected WhatsApp or other Meta business assets to PraxisPulse, deleting your account also removes the access tokens and all data we received through those connections. You can additionally revoke PraxisPulse's access from your Google Account permissions page or your Meta Business settings at any time.
